Carta del Taller de Mujeres TAMURE, de Villa Francia y población José Cardinj, que denuncia la represión de las que han sido víctimas y el asesinatos de dos jóvenes, Luis Silva y Pablo Vergara, este último hermano de Eduardo y Rafael Vergara, asesinados en 1985. La carta manifiesta el desamparo de que son víctimas y hace un llamado a las colectividades políticas a pronunciarse al respecto y no sólo quedarse con el triunfo en las urnas
