Enfoque: Recuerda que en diciembre del 2004 llegaron a manos del Presidente Lagos los testimonios de 27.200 chilenos torturados durante el Régimen Militar y que un nuevo análisis permitió recopilar 2.500 declaraciones más, las que serán anexadas al primer informe. Destaca que el elemento nuevo más fuerte es la inclusión de cientos de menores que fueron víctimas de abusos junto a sus padres. Agrega que hubo testimonios que no fueron incluidos, pues llegaron fuera del plazo estipulado por el Mandatario, quien recibirá el miércoles el nuevo documento.
