Enfoque: Informa que miembros de agrupaciones de DD.HH. solicitaron un ministro en visita para que investigue la eventual rearticulación del Comando Conjunto, entablando querellas por amenazas, obstrucción a la justicia y asociación ilícita contra quienes resulten responsables, al tiempo que pidieron una completa investigación de los jueces con dedicación exclusiva que ven casos perpetrados por el Comando. Señala que el Gobierno esperará avances en la Justicia antes de tomar medidas y el Presidente Lagos dijo que hay que dejar que los tribunales investiguen, lo que fue ratificado por la Ministra Bachelet.
