Víctor Pérez Varela, nacido en Santiago en 1954, es un abogado y político chileno, miembro de la UDI. Fue alcalde de Los Ángeles (1981-1987), diputado (1990-2006) y senador (2006-2020) por la Región del Biobío. Durante su carrera parlamentaria, integró diversas comisiones, destacándose en temas de justicia, defensa y vivienda. En 2020, asumió como ministro del Interior bajo el gobierno de Sebastián Piñera, pero renunció tras una acusación constitucional en su contra.
