Enfoque: Informa que, durante el Te Deum Evangélico, el Presidente Lagos hizo un llamado a comprender la iniciativa legal que rebajaría las penas a ex uniformados condenados por casos de DD.HH. Añade que éste es el último Te Deum del Mandatario, que estuvo cargado por la polémica sobre el proyecto que incluso cercanos a S.E. califican de una búsqueda de impunidad. Añade que a la ceremonia también asistieron los tres candidatos presidenciales oficialmente inscritos. Mandatario: "No se trata de olvidar el pasado. Se trata de sacar las experiencias para que esos hechos no vuelvan a ocurrir. El presidente Allende en su mensaje final dijo 'llegarán otros hombres para superar este momento gris y oscuro. Creo que está llegando el momento de superar ese momento gris y oscuro"
