Enfoque: El medio informa que el Consejo Nacional del Libro instauró el Premio Iberoamericano de Poesía Pablo Neruda "para distinguir a poetas extranjeros", cuya obra sea considerada un aporte al diálogo cultural. Se señala que el jurado que otorgará el premio de US$ 30 mil estará conformado por extranjeros de reconocido prestigio por su aporte a la creación o a la crítica literaria. Mandatario: "à y este premio entonces aquí, desde este rincón del sur del mundo, es un premio para invitar a poetas y poetisas de Iberoamérica a continuar un diálogo con Pablo Neruda que nace a los cien años de su nacimiento."
