Jaime Estévez Valencia (Santiago, 27 de septiembre de 1946). Ingeniero Comercial, docente y político del Partido Socialista. Diputado por el distrito Nº 29 entre 1990 y 1998. Presidente de la Cámara de Diputados desde el 14 de marzo de 1995 al 19 de noviembre de 1996.
