Así, luego de que la Primera Dama la emplazara a acelerar la investigación, la jueza procesó por fraude al fisco y falsificación de instrumento público a 5 ex funcionarios del MOP, entre ellos a Matías de la Fuente, primo de Luisa Durán y ex jefe de gabinete del Presidente Lagos. Añade que de La Fuente quedó detenido en Capuchinos. Consigna la opinión del Ministro Puccio
