Enfoque: Destaca que una nueva ley hará más simple recibir las herencias, incluso más de la mitad de los chilenos no tendrá que pagar ni un solo peso para tener la posesión efectiva. En marzo del próximo año entrará en vigencia la nueva ley de posesión efectiva de herencia cuyo principal objetivo es agilizar su tramitación que ya no estará en manos de tribunales. Quien quiera hacer este trámite sólo deberá llenar un formulario en el Registro Civil que se encontrará hasta por internet. El trámite durará 30 días.
