Enfoque: Informa que la propuesta de DD.HH. entró en tierra derecha. Ministro del Interior delineó algunos ítems de la propuesta definitiva que se dará a conocer en agosto y señaló que falta elaborar el marco jurídico necesario para concretar la propuesta que propone entregar ayuda psicológica, y mejorar la actual ley de reparación. Ministro recordó que la amnistía la entregan los tribunales pero que se dará toda la facilidad para dar un mayor grado de justicia posible.
