TUNG CHEE HWA JEFE EJECUTIVO REGIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA ESPECIAL DE HONG KONG Nació en Shanghai en 1937. Cursó estudios en Reino Unido. Vivió cerca de 10 años en Estados Unidos y retornó a Hong Kong en 1969. Fue Vicepresidente del Comité Preparatorio de la Región Administrativa Especial de Hong Kong, miembro del VIII Comité Nacional de la Conferencia Consultiva Política del Pueblo Chino, asesor de la Oficina del Consejo de Estado para los Asuntos de Hong Kong y Macao y Presidente de la Junta Directiva de la Universidad Urbana. Se desempeñó como Presidente y Director Ejecutivo de la Compañía Limitada Internacional Oriental Overseas. Está casado con Tung Zhao Hung Ping con quien tiene tres hijos
