Enfoque: Informa que la reciente firma del TLC con EE.UU. ha aumentado la discusión por el alza del IVA, ante lo cual el Gobierno asegura que no afectará a los más pobres. Explica que si bien el TLC trae muchos beneficios para empresarios y trabajadores, la clase media lo ha asociado a un aumento del IVA.
