Enfoque: Informa que el Presidente peruano Alejandro Toledo inició una visita oficial a nuestro país y destaca que a su llegada el protocolo iba perfecto hasta que "el infaltable quiltro chileno" se hizo presente. Señala que luego el Presidente Lagos y Toledo se reunieron para revisar la agenda bilateral y la situación económica, y que después la comitiva viajó al Congreso, en Valparaíso, donde el mandatario peruano reiteró su llamado al disminuir el gasto en defensa, tema no menor para Chile, pues recuerda que antes Toledo suspendió su visita en protesta a que Chile anunció la compra de aviones F-16.
