Agustín Squella Narducci, es abogado, filósofo del Derecho, académico, escritor, periodista, político de tendencia liberal. Fue integrante de la Convención Constitucional en representación de Valparaíso. Rector de la Universidad de Valparaíso, entre 1990-1998.
